Mr. Romanz is a graduate of Northwestern University and a licensed insurance agent in the State of Illinois that is currently serving on various committees within the industry and promoting philanthropic activities. Mr. Romanz has acquired over thirty years experience in the insurance industry.
Monte Villarreal, Treasurer of American Alliance Casualty Company
Mr. Villarreal is a graduate of Robert Morris University holding a Bachelor degree of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting, and has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. He is responsible for the financial accounting and reporting functions of the Company.
Shelly McClaskey, Secretary and Underwriting Manager of American Alliance Casualty Company
Mrs. McClaskey holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Culver-Stockton College and is responsible for the Underwriting, Policyholder Services and Product Development of American Alliance.

Mr. Salerno is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, holding a Bachelors Degree in Corporate Communications. Mr. Salerno is a Claims Executive with over 23 years of insurance industry experience and a record of creating industry-leading claims programs.
